White collars crime is usually associated with the criminal activities that are usually committed in the regular course of business involving Bribery, extortion, fraud, Embezzlement, and cybercrime. All the scamming activities and fraud falls into the category of white-collar crime including securities fraud like insider trading. Most people consider corporate crime as a white-collar crime but they are not considered as same because when organizations as a whole perform crime this is not recognized as a white-collar crime in nature.

White-collar crime is usually committed by a small group of people to seek financial gain. There are different types of white-collar crime including Fraud that is one of the most common types of crime. In this process, a person imitates someone to snatch their funds from the real owner's bank accounts. These crimes typically involve deceit, subterfuge, abuse of the position that differentiates them from the common form of robbery.

Bribery is also considered one of the most popular forms of white color crime in which the perpetrator has to pay someone to establish agreements that can make a benefit for the perpetrator or others.
